  • DATA VOIP SOLUTIONS (sales, technical and administrative teams);
  • Technical subcontractors bound by a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR (hosting, CRM tools, billing);
  • Competent authorities, as part of the operator's legal obligations (courts, judicial police, ARCEP, ANSSI) pursuant to the CPCE.

DATA VOIP SOLUTIONS does not sell your personal data to third parties. In the event of a transfer outside the European Union, DATA VOIP SOLUTIONS ensures that the appropriate safeguards are in place (European Commission standard contractual clauses or country recognized as adequate).
