Data Voip Solutions provides electronic communications services within the meaning of Article L.32 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code (CPCE).
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2021-650 of 26 May 2021 transposing the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC), the prior declaration requirement to ARCEP has been removed. Operators are now subject to an a posteriori notification and reporting regime to the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Postal Affairs and Press Distribution (ARCEP).
The company is subject to the legal obligations of telecom operators, in particular:
- CPCE provisions on the security of networks and services;
- ARCEP Decision No. 2025-2215 of 27 November 2025 on caller ID authentication and the fight against phone fraud;
- Obligations of secrecy of correspondence (Article L.32-3 CPCE);
